Internet. Do the research yourself, do not take anyone's word for it without
checking for yourself. Think outside the box! Your body is all you have and it
needs to be cared for and only you can feel what is going on in it. Prevention
is key to good health, genetics are only a 2 -5% factor in one's health,
research has indicated that lifestyle is a greater factor in health and a healthy
lifestyle can keep predisposed genetics dormant.
Educate yourself about the dangers of vaccines and the risks involved. Do
not blindly submit yourself or your children to these toxic injections.
Do your research, vaccinations accumulate in the body and not to offer
protection but to break it down and the toxins can be passed onto your baby if
pregnant. Autism is directly linked to vaccinations. Do the research!

Educate yourself to the dangers of Genetically Modified (GM) foods, fluoridated water, MSG, and Aspartame. The four major GM
crops are corn, soy beans, cotton and canola. Fluoride is added into bottled water too so if you think you are avoiding it by drinking
bottled water, your not. The only filtering system that will take out fluoride is Reverse Osmosis (RO) or Steam Distillation.
Aspartame is in anything diet, and is in all chewing gums and diet soda's. MSG is in all processed foods and is hidden under "spices,
natural flavorings, etc."
Why is MSG in everything, because without it you would taste how bad the food is and not eat it. MSG is a drug that tricks your
brain into thinking the food tastes great and it shuts down the "I'm full" alarm in the body. Research is now linking MSG to obesity,
among all the other ill affects it has on the body.
Take back your health and the health of your family, trust your creator, the one that designed your body and created all it needs
through fresh air, pure water, whole organic foods, herbs, sunshine, and even rest.
Where to start after learning how toxic our culture has become, by walking towards good health one day at a time, one habit at a
time.
Change your thinking by reading all you can about wellness, not "disease-care." Stop running to the doctor for every runny nose or
sniffle. Allow your body to build the immunities it needs, stop crippling it with drugs. Give it good wholesome organic foods, pure
water. Don't be afraid to spend time in the sun, just be wise, limit your time instead of bathing in chemicals called, "sun tan lotions."
Go back to more natural products for cleaning, laundry, clothing, etc. Get rid of the perfumed air fresheners.
Someone else can NOT make you well, only you have the power to walk towards a healthier lifestyle. Let's not forget the dreaded
EXERCISE!
Exercise is the pump that keeps everything circulating and moving. Without it the lymphatic system stagnates and backs up. Keep
all the eliminating channels functioning with exercise, pure water, organic foods, and quality supplements when needed.
